Each program exists because something specific was keeping a student out of school. They run together for the same 10 students.

School fees, uniforms, books and materials paid directly to schools and suppliers, per student, per term. Receipts are kept and summarised in the Partner report.
Measured by enrolment maintained across the term; fees settled on time.

Running · Weekly
Reading, homework support and mentorship sessions outside school hours, run by volunteers and coordinated by the founder. Monthly
Measured by session attendance; reading progress noted per student.

Running · Per term
Conversations with parents and guardians about attendance, home study and what the family can carry, so support fits the household rather than working against it.
Measured by parents engaged per term; drop-outs prevented.

In planning
Vocational pathways for older students who need a trade alongside or after school. Scope and partner trainers are being defined.

Drive · September 2026
A dated drive: uniform, books, bag and materials for each student before the term starts.
